BrightScreen is required to collect and remit Texas Sales & Use Taxes on any product that we sell.
The following exceptions may apply:
- Organizations without nexus in the State of Texas
- Organizations with nexus in the State of Texas that provide to us a valid:
All questions related to your organization's requirement to pay Texas Sales & Use Tax should be directed to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. BrightScreen abides by the guidance it receives from the Comptroller's office.
